When will I receive my order?
Most items are sent out the next business day, however some items may require special ordering. We will contact you if there will be any delay with dispatch. If you require an order urgently, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can arrange a fast turnaround.
How are orders delivered and what does it cost?
DELIVERY IS ABSOLUTELY FREE to all addresses within Australia! It doesn’t matter how big or small your order is, delivery won’t cost you a cent. We send our orders through Australia Post regular mail, as we find that this is just as reliable as a courier service, and they deliver to anyone, even if you live in the middle of nowhere!
Of course, if you would like something sent express post, that’s not a problem. Please contact us to organise this (a small fee will apply).
Can I exchange if I choose the wrong size?
Of course you can! Most items can be returned to us, and exchanged for another size. All you need to do is cover the cost of the return postage. Please check with us before sending your item back, so we can make sure the alternative size is available.
Can I change something on my order?
Yep, sure can. Give us a call on (02) 9894 8250 and we will check the status of your order. As long as it hasn’t been packed for dispatch, we can make any changes you like. Please make sure you have your order number handy.
